Welcome to Geaux Scoop! By using our dog waste pick-up services (“Services”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Geaux Scoop provides dog waste pick-up services for residential and commercial properties in the Southwest Louisiana area, including Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, and Moss Bluff. The specifics of the services will be outlined in the service agreement at the time of subscription.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service, clients agree to:

Provide clear and safe access to the service area.Ensure the area is free of hazards, including aggressive animals.Notify Geaux Scoop of any changes to the service area, property access, or special conditions (e.g., locked gates).

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Services are provided on a recurring schedule, which will be confirmed during sign-up.Clients must notify Geaux Scoop at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.Geaux Scoop reserves the right to adjust schedules in cases of severe weather, emergencies, or holidays. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance or at the time of service, based on the chosen billing cycle.Accepted payment methods include [list accepted payment types, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.].Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

Geaux Scoop reserves the right to decline service to properties that are unsafe or unsanitary. Services are limited to dog waste removal; we are not responsible for damage to property or any other tasks outside the scope of our agreement.

Geaux Scoop is insured and takes reasonable care during service. However, we are not liable for:Property damage resulting from normal service activities unless caused by negligence.Injuries caused by conditions on the property or interactions with animals.

8. Privacy Policy

Geaux Scoop values your privacy. Personal information collected during service sign-up will only be used to provide services and communicate with you. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Unused prepaid services will be refunded at Geaux Scoop’s discretion.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Geaux Scoop reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.

11. Governing Law
